Bananas Foster Jam

We call this one desert in a jar.  Even if you have never had the flambéed desert Bananas Foster you will fall in love with the rich combination of bananas, rum, cinnamon, and molasses.  Great over vanilla ice cream, pancakes, toast, & waffles.  Also makes a great gourmet peanut butter and jelly sandwich!
